Jolene Gardner brings nearly 30 years of experience delivering transformational results in healthcare through intelligent use of technology. As a senior healthcare executive, Jolene has led scaled operational teams, developed and executed product strategies across the healthcare spectrum including Revenue Cycle Management, Population Health, Provider Technology and Payer Solutions. 

In addition, Jolene is a certified health coach and uniquely positioned to deliver on a Product Strategy that will enable growth for Wellness Connections by focusing on creating value for Providers and Patients.

Jolene's previous experience includes Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Operations Officer roles as well as senior digital product and transformational roles at UnitedHealth Group and Change Healthcare. She has a proven track record of building strategies and teams from the ground up that exceed targets. She has successfully created and led global teams from scratch in startups in corporate settings.
