Eileen Collins brings nearly two decades of financial leadership across private equity, healthcare, and high-growth startups. As Fractional CFO at The Wellness Connection, she applies deep expertise in capital strategy, financial operations, and regulatory alignment to support the company’s growth and mission.

Eileen began her career in public accounting with PwC, where she gained foundational experience in audit and financial controls. She spent fifteen years at Accenture in various finance roles before transitioning to managing large-scale finance and operations for national payers and Medicare Advantage plans. Eileen later served as CFO of a Silicon Valley-based healthtech startup, leading multi-million dollar fundraising efforts, investor relations, and the implementation of scalable financial infrastructure. Most recently, she held a senior leadership role at a healthcare-focused private equity firm.

Eileen is a CPA and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for La Rabida Children’s Hospital. Her blend of broad finance experience, operational rigor, and deep healthcare expertise makes her uniquely suited to help guide The Wellness Connection through its next phase of growth.
